Because of the handmade and limited nature of our gift sets, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Kindly reach out to us within two (2) business days of delivery and include:

• 📦 Photos of the outer packaging

• 🧾 Your order number

This helps us quickly review the situation and file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.

To ensure fairness for all customers, requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
